The Carp Residents Association came into being in 1988. It
was quite active in the mid-90s when water and sewer
services for houses in the village of Carp were first being
discussed. Development proposal have been monitored
continuously since then. This website presents current
development proposals and identifies any concerns the CRA
has with individual proposals.
The Association monitors development proposals to ensure
they respect the rural heritage and character of Carp and the
natural environment of in the Carp River Watershed.

Infrastructure Upgrade Class Environmental
Assessment - Review proposed developments in and around Carp
- Generate public interest in the issues effecting Carp
and the Carp River watershed - Ensure that our councillor and city staff are aware of
and address residents’ concerns
